What Does the Numbat Eat?
The Numbat is a omnivore, but usually a carnivore. It eats mainly termites with its extremely long tongue. The Numbat consumes about 20,000 a day. Which is equal to its body weight.

Now you may be wondering what eats it? Well, pretty much fox, birds, feral cats, and snakes. But a huge problem is the feral cats. It all started when people went to australia and they brought rats. Not on purpose but sense they were on ships there tends to be a lot of rats. So they brought over feral cats to get rid of them. Considering the fact the fact that they were populating fast. But yes a lot of rats were gotten rid of, but the feral cats ended up populating just as fast. And ever sense then it has a been a big problem for Numbats.
